Thank you for taking appointment at Pranjal Shri Hospital.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the appointment We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pranjalshri Hospital Private Limited, Ward No 18, Gangjala Chowk, Ramesh Jha Road, Saharsa, Bihar India 852201.

  • mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • refers to the Website.

  • refers to Pranjal Shri Hospital, accessible from www.pranjalshrihospital.in

  • means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel Your appointment before 24 hours prior to the date and time of appointment without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation of appointment request on email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

​

We reserve the right to refuse the refund if cancellation of appointment received within 24 hours of date & time of appointment, for example if appointment date & time is 12.30 PM on 18/08/2022, cancellation request must be put on before 12.30 PM on 17/08/2022.
